The SafeStart campaign is focussed on further raising the profile of health and safety whilst maintaining a high level of excellence and efficiency in all work and tasks undertaken. To ensure a safe working environment for all who work for Biwater Treatment there is always a rigorous focus on continuous improvement to health and safety and the implementation of best practices. SafeStart is testament to this approach by it bringing together industry best practices and a consistent approach to all work undertaken.

SafeStart introduces a SafeStart card that has to be completed before every task is undertaken, improvements to Health and Safety Policies, poster campaigns to raise awareness and a new health and safety induction DVD.

John Abraham, Managing Director states that “Biwater Treatment strives to have a best in class health and safety record and culture by ensuring pro-active and helpful behaviours. It does this by creating a visible minimum standard of health and safety that is diligently communicated and enforced at every level.”

Biwater Treatment believes quality planning is the key to good health and safety.
