I joined Biwater Treatment as an Electrical Contract Engineer having gained a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. At first I was managing contracts valued between £300K and £3M. The schemes were part of the turnkey construction of both Water and Wastewater Treatment works and I reported to the project manager. After 7 years I moved to the proposals department as a Proposals Engineer with the responsibility of preparing the bids for all aspects of prospective schemes.
